Responsibilities included developing market strategies including list price, repair proposals and return on investment for repairs. Approve and coordinate repairs and improvements and ensures home is ready for marketing. Revise marketing strategies and list prices as needed. Negotiate offers and execute contracts on behalf of client and process all contract changes. Monitor approved contracts and ensure timely closing of property.
